​At New Building Inspections, we understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is outlined below to ensure clarity for all clients.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled inspection may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled inspection may incur a cancellation fee to cover administration and booking costs.

Cancellations made on the day of the inspection, or failure to provide site access, may result in the full inspection fee being charged.

Inspection Commencement

Once an inspection has commenced, or a report has been issued, no refunds will be provided.
Weather & Site Conditions

If an inspection cannot proceed due to unsafe site conditions, weather, or access issues, we will work with you to reschedule where possible.
Consumer Rights

This policy operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and does not limit your rights under the law.
