Before concrete is poured

We inspect site preparation, footing excavations, reinforcement, moisture barriers and set-out to ensure everything complies with approved plans and Australian Standards before the slab is poured.

This is a critical stage where defects are easiest and cheapest to fix.

Before walls are closed

This inspection focuses on internal framing, plumbing, electrical, insulation and waterproofing preparation before plasterboard is installed.

Once walls are closed, defects become difficult and costly to rectify — this stage is essential.

Before you receive the keys

A detailed inspection of the completed home to identify defects, poor workmanship and incomplete items before handover.

We provide a comprehensive report to assist with your Practical Completion Inspection (PCI) and ensure issues are addressed before final payment.

Structural stage

We assess the slab and structural frame for compliance, workmanship and alignment. This includes checking load-bearing elements, bracing, tie-downs and overall structural integrity.

Identifying issues at this stage helps prevent long-term structural problems.

Internal finishes & wet areas

We inspect wet area waterproofing, fixings, cabinetry installation and internal finishes to ensure they meet building standards and manufacturer specifications.

This stage helps protect against future water damage and internal defects.
